Hit my 100th coworking space yesterday and it felt weirdly sad
I was in Medellin last week and realized I had just crossed the 100 mark for coworking spaces I've worked from since 2021. I keep a spreadsheet (I know, very extra) with notes on wifi speed, coffee quality, and how loud the people on calls are. At first I thought hitting 100 would feel like a flex, like a badge of honor for being a true nomad. But honestly it just made me feel kind of lonely, you know? Each space is basically the same: strangers on laptops, a Nespresso machine, and that faint smell of burnt popcorn. I started wondering if I've been so focused on finding the perfect workspace that I forgot to actually build roots anywhere. Has anyone else hit a milestone that made them question the whole nomad thing?
