Appreciation post: coworking in Medellin used to be all laptops by the pool, now it's actual offices

I've been coming to Medellin on and off since 2019. Back then my coworking spot in El Poblado was maybe 20 people, all on laptops at the pool, half of them dropshipping. I went back in March and the same building now has a real quiet floor, meeting rooms you book ahead, and a waitlist for desks. Turns out a bunch of us got tired of working from a lounge chair and wanted somewhere to take actual calls. Anyone else seen a spot go from party hostel energy to real office vibes like that?
