Yikes, that spill sounds familiar! My own organizing attempts are a joke, like when I sorted my stuff into a "maybe later" pile that never got dealt with. Now I have a basket where lotions mix with loose batteries and old receipts. It's so bad I just close my eyes and grab something in the morning. Your skin type system actually seems doable, unlike my chaos. What's your best tip for sticking to an organization plan once you start it?

When you said dismissing all medicine based on conspiracy talk made things worse... that really sticks with me. What gets me is how those stories often pile on when someone is already feeling low... making them ashamed to even look for a way out. It adds this extra layer of doubt where you start blaming yourself for needing support... when really, reaching out is the tough part. Missing your friend's wedding shows how anxiety can shrink your world... and letting go of those rumors helped you open it back up. Glad you're doing better now... it's a good point about questioning where we get our ideas about health.
