Best ceiling solution for a cluttered 2-car garage?

Getting the heavy bins off the floor is priority number one. Manual pulley systems are cheap online if you want a quick fix for lighter stuff.

I thought fine-tuning a small model would be a weekend project. It took three weeks.

Tell me about it, @kevin_flores. It's like a law of the universe that the boring prep work takes forever. I see this everywhere, like when you spend an hour looking for a screwdriver for a five minute fix. Why does the setup always eat up the time?

My sister-in-law said my bouquets look 'too perfect'

I swapped to simple pine cones last year after @jessicapatel's advice and my family loved it.

That stubborn light leak showed me why shop meetings matter

Oh man, my friend was stuck for weeks trying to fix a weird noise in his car engine. He checked everything he could think of, spent so much money on parts. He finally mentioned it to his uncle, who just asked if he'd looked at the motor mounts. One was totally cracked, a ten minute fix. He felt so dumb but also so relieved, lol.

TIL a pitmaster in Austin said he never wraps his brisket

Central Texas pits are running 18 hour cooks without wrapping at all? The bark must be like tree bark, how do you even get meat tender enough to eat after that kind of heat? I've always been told wrapping is the only way to save the moisture and push past the stall before everything dries out. Are you just burning through a crazy amount of wood to keep that temp perfectly steady for a full day?
