Showerthought: My built-in shelf project made me question the whole cold storage trend
Everyone says you have to keep certain products chilled to keep them good. I made some basic shelves in a corner of my room with good air flow instead. My stuff stays fine, and I can grab what I need fast. I think the cold thing is mostly for looks, not actual need. Doing this saved me money and space for other things.
