inShoutout to the tech at the Whirlpool training center in Knoxville
Oh man, my buddy had a similar thing with a fridge that wouldn't stop beeping. He just held the door switch down for ten seconds and it reset the whole system.

inShowerthought: Everyone at the local meet in Boise kept calling their 5.0 a 'Coyote' even when it was a 2-valve
Feel like I've been guilty of this too, I mean I called my uncle's old Explorer engine a Coyote once before I knew better. Got politely roasted by my cousin who's a Ford tech, so now I just keep my mouth shut if I'm not 100% sure. It's a bit embarrassing but you gotta learn somehow, right? Maybe it's just me but getting the name wrong feels like calling every soda a Coke, it just spreads confusion.

inMy neighbor's comment about his grandmother's skillet made me think about how we treat our pans.
I get where you're coming from, but that approach would ruin my pan. A quick rinse doesn't remove stuck on food for me, and I'd end up with a sticky mess. The salt scrub takes a minute and keeps the surface smooth for cooking. Maybe it depends on what you're cooking, but a simple rinse just doesn't cut it.

inHonestly, I was putting my drill bits away wrong for like two years until my buddy pointed it out at a job in Tempe.
My dad's been wrapping cords wrong for 40 years and his garage is fine, tylerr29.
