My client's snoring during a bleach session was next level awkward.

I had to gently shake her awake without messing up the lines. If you can't stay alert, book a shorter service.

Seriously? What's the big deal? Maybe your client was just exhausted and felt safe enough to doze off.

Yeah I read an article about this. Said it's super disrespectful even if tired, shows they don't value your time. Just feels rude to me.

Tbh, @daniel_walker8 has a point. If someone falls asleep, it kinda shows they're not engaged, even if they're tired. Feels pretty rude to me too.
