inBack in the day I dropped $1200 on a fancy electronic load chart binder that bricked after a single season.
Totally agree, it's wild how much you can get just by asking. Companies bank on people not checking their paperwork or being too chill to follow up.

inBack in 2015, I dropped $300 on a 'credit repair' service that was a total scam
Oof, that $400 number hits hard, @olivia478. I had a similar thing happen with a phone repair that cost me almost three hundred. The real lesson is to always get a second quote, even for stuff that seems small. It feels like a hassle at the time but saves so much regret later. I'm way more careful about just saying yes to the first price now.

inSerious question, has anyone else had a title block just refuse to update?
Tell me about it. I swear I spent more time fighting with that manager than actually drawing. It got to the point where my own script felt like a duct tape solution, but hey, if it works, it works. Sometimes the fancy tool is just a trap for people who like to feel organized. My whole workflow is just a pile of bandaids holding together other bandaids at this point.

inA chat at a hostel in Prague changed how I pack for trips
How many of those soap sheets do you usually bring?

inWhy does nobody talk about taping in a humid garage?
It's like that with a lot of modern fixes. The solution always needs three extra steps the instructions never mention.
