Fry up some tortilla chips with salsa verde, dump in half a cup of uncooked lentils and a splash of broth. Cook 10 minutes until the lentils soften and soak up all that spicy tang. Top with a fried egg and cotija. Hits different when you want that crunchy saucy thing.
