inWarning: Lightweight drywall is a pain to cut without tearing
Scoring lightweight drywall wrong is what causes the tears. You need to press harder on the first cut than with the old stuff. A sharp knife is key, don't use a dull one. It snaps clean if you do it right, just takes some practice.

inWatching sauces go from scratch to tub breaks my heart.
The tubs look pretty sad about it too.

inWhy does nobody talk about the split over air fryer broccoli cook times?
Ask if the real issue is control over the kitchen more than the broccoli. I mean, @olivia799 mentioning near blows over roast times shows how personal food gets. Maybe it's about who gets to call the shots during dinner. Do you split the batch and cook half longer, or force a compromise on one texture? Idk, but seeing families divide over green veggies is kinda funny when you think about it.

inFinally hiked to that isolated waterfall everyone whispers about
The last quarter mile to that waterfall is all loose shale and steep switchbacks. I had to scramble over boulders twice my size. The sound of the water hits you before you see it, like constant thunder. When you finally break through the trees, the mist cools your face instantly. Is there anything better than earning a view like that? Makes you wonder why more people don't tough it out.

inShowerthought: That random stop on a drive gave me a new project
Scored a 1972 Olivetti from a junk shop in Reno. The carriage was stuck but the mechanics were solid. A bit of oil and a new platen got it running. Types smoother than any modern keyboard I've used.
