Feel my bones turning to dust" is a bit much for a demo disc. It's a piece of plastic from a magazine. I get the feeling old part, but we're talking about a PlayStation 1 sampler, not discovering fire. My back hurts too, but that's from actual yard work.

Yeah, that's a whole mood right there. Totally get what you mean, @claireg81. Some things just hit you with a deep, physical kind of tired. Like your whole body just gives up for a second. Not much you can do but sit with that feeling sometimes. Hope your bones feel a bit more solid soon.
