PSA: The new botanical garden in Charlotte has a whole section on local wildflowers
I went there for a quick walk yesterday and saw they labeled every single plant with its common AND scientific name. It gave me a bunch of new ideas for arrangements using stuff that grows right here. Has anyone else visited a place recently that sparked some floral inspiration?

Oh that's so cool they did that. I always get stuck using the same few local plants because I don't know what half of them are called. Seeing them all labeled like that is basically a free class. It makes you realize how much good stuff we walk past every day. I need to find a spot like that near me.

It's a nice idea @mia_lee but I find the labels kinda spoil the fun of figuring it out yourself. Takes the mystery away.
