Finally got why everyone loves coworking spaces after hating on them for years

I was on the fence about coworking spaces for like 2 years. Thought they were just overpriced cafes with bad coffee. Then I spent a week in Chiang Mai and tried Punspace near the old city. After 3 days there, I got more work done than in a whole month at home. The quiet zones and fast wifi actually matter way more than I thought. Anyone else change their mind after trying a specific spot?

Friend of mine signed up for one of those coworking spots downtown. Paid $300 a month. All she did was scroll Instagram and buy overpriced cold brew from the cafe next door. Never once opened her laptop. Quit after two months.
