My game group almost broke up over a rule fight last Friday

We spent 45 minutes arguing about a single line in the Gloomhaven rulebook, and it got so bad that Sarah almost walked out. Has anyone else had a game night go that wrong over something so small?

Honestly, that Gloomhaven book is a beast. Tbh, my group's golden rule is to just make a quick table call and look it up later. Letting a game stall out over a single line kills the whole vibe.
