My power went out right at the climax of the season finale

I was in my living room in Boise, totally hooked on the last episode of 'The Bear' season two. Just as the big review was about to start, a summer storm knocked the power out for a solid 45 minutes. I ended up pacing around my dark house, checking the breaker box, and just generally losing my mind. When it finally came back on, I had to rewind 10 minutes just to get back into the flow. Anyone else ever have a binge session totally derailed by something dumb like that?

Oh man, that's brutal. I once had my cat unplug the router right as a huge mystery was about to be revealed. Spent twenty minutes thinking the streaming service was broken before I saw the little furry culprit sitting by the wall.

Remember my old dog used to chew through phone cords. Came home to a dead landline and teeth marks in the plastic. Took days to figure out why the phone company's fixes never worked. Had to wrap every cord in bitter apple spray tape after that. Pets and tech just don't mix sometimes.
