My brother said 'you watch shows like you're studying for a test' and it clicked.
He pointed out I was taking notes on plot points in 'Severance' instead of just enjoying the ride. Anyone else have a show they had to learn to just relax and watch?

I mean, I've definitely taken notes on a show before, maybe it's just me but I can't help it.
