I heard someone at the grocery store say you should NEVER put wet food in an air fryer, but my marinated chicken thighs turned out perfect.

I patted them mostly dry and cooked them at 380 degrees for 18 minutes, and they got a way better crust than anything I've ever baked.

Pat dry and go for it, worked with my soy-honey glaze.

My neighbor swears by patting chicken dry before any glaze. It's one of those little kitchen tricks that makes a huge difference, like letting steak rest.
