Just saw a line of 20 identical F-150s at a job site in Spokane. All white. All work trucks. Changed my view on fleet buys.

Imagine the mechanic's life. One set of parts, one diagnostic routine, one training for the whole fleet. The back office savings on maintenance alone has to be huge.

Oh man, I've been there! My old company ran 15 identical white Ford Transits for our delivery fleet. It made life so much easier. We just kept a stack of oil filters and brake pads in the shop, and every driver knew exactly where the tire pressure reset button was. No guessing games with different models, which saved us a ton on downtime.
