Just hit 1000 orders for my ghost pepper salsa in a single month

I started selling it at the Silver Lake farmers market as a joke, but people kept coming back for more. My hands are permanently stained orange from chopping peppers, lmao. The real kicker was seeing the online orders spike after some food blogger called it 'regret in a jar'. Anyone else have a spicy product that just took off unexpectedly?

Honestly that's the best marketing plan I've ever heard. I mean, call it a "bad review" but all I'm seeing is a challenge. Now I kind of want to try it just to see if I can handle it. Your friend should send that critic a thank you note and a fire extinguisher.

That "send a thank you note" part is perfect. My buddy's hot sauce got a one-star rant about how it "melted their face off." He screenshotted it, put it right on the website. Sales tripled in a week. People just love to prove they can take the heat. That bad review was the best thing that ever happened to his little business.
