Appreciation post: The old spot on 3rd used to have the best $2 tacos

Went back last month and they're $4.50 now, and the salsa just isn't as spicy. Anyone know a place that still does it like they used to?

Honestly used to think it was just me getting older and my taste buds changing. But the last time I went, the carne asada was way more chewy than before, and the onions weren't chopped fresh. Tbh that's what really made me see the place is different now. It's a real shame because that spot was my go-to for years.

Remember my buddy's favorite pizza place? He swore they changed their sauce recipe, but we all thought he was just being picky. Then they started using those pre-shredded cheese bags and we had to admit he was right all along. It's crazy how one small change can totally ruin a spot you loved.
