Serious question, has anyone else had a wholesale order show up with the wrong flowers?
I got a delivery from my main supplier in Phoenix yesterday that was supposed to have 50 stems of lisianthus for a wedding this Saturday. Instead, the box was packed with snapdragons. I spent over two hours on the phone trying to get it sorted, going back and forth with their customer service and checking with other local shops for stock. They finally agreed to overnight the correct flowers, but now I'm a full day behind on prep. How do you guys handle these last-minute supplier mistakes without losing your mind?

Honestly, sometimes these mix-ups are a hidden gift. You get to work with a new flower you might not have picked, and it pushes your design skills. Look at @reese_perry6, they made something cool out of it. Sure, being a day behind is stressful, but the supplier fixed it fast with overnight shipping. That’s pretty good service these days. Maybe the snapdragons were a sign to try something different for the wedding.

My last wrong order turned into a creative exercise... my centerpieces had a real "what were they thinking" vibe.
