PSA: I finally gave in and tried a flower subscription service for my shop in Springfield
I always thought they were a gimmick and would just bring in low-margin work. A sales rep from BloomLocal convinced me to do a three-month trial. After the first month, we had twelve new regular customers who came in for extra add-ons. It completely changed how I see building a steady client base. Has anyone else found a specific service that brought in more repeat business than you expected?

Wait, twelve new regulars in just one month from a flower subscription? That's insane... I figured those services were just for people who forgot anniversaries.

My friend Sarah runs a small cafe and started a weekly flower subscription last spring. She told me it turned her place into a regular stop for people who just wanted a nice spot to work or meet a friend. It's not about forgotten dates, it's about making a space feel special every single week. That feeling gets people coming back for coffee or lunch even when they don't pick up flowers. It builds a habit and a connection to the place. I see it as a smart way to bring in local customers who value a nice atmosphere.
