Had a wedding order for 200 centerpieces all due on the same Friday morning.

My main cooler went out on Wednesday night, and I had to move everything to my backup fridge and my neighbor's garage. I mean, it all worked out, but that was a rough 48 hours. Has anyone else had a big equipment fail right before a huge delivery?

Honestly that sounds like a solid backup plan saved you. Major props for having a neighbor's garage and a spare fridge ready to go. Not everyone plans for that level of disaster.
