Wow, that's actually a really good point. I used to get so stressed about every little mark on my hardwood floors. Now I see the dents and scratches just show it's a home people actually live in. That guy is totally right.

My old kitchen floor looked like a map of every bad cooking decision I ever made. Spilled olive oil, a couple of knife nicks, the whole deal. I was so annoyed until a friend said it just looked 'well seasoned', like a cast iron pan. Kinda changed my whole view on it, lmao.
