Serious question, looking for fermentation workshops in Italy
My family is from Italy, and I'm visiting soon. I want to learn about their old-school cheese and wine making. Where should I go to see this in action?

Yeah totally, and it's not just about the vibe. When I was looking at places in Vermont last fall, each town had different rules for guest stays that changed the whole feel. Best move is to call ahead and ask three questions: what's actually included, what time check-in really happens, and if they have a favorite local spot they tell guests about. That last one gets you the real local method every time.
