inUsed to think taping a 12-foot ceiling joint was a two-person job. After watching a guy in Spokane use a simple pole extension on his bazooka, I tried it solo last month and saved half a day.
My old foreman in Tacoma taught me the same thing with a paint roller pole and duct tape. I mean, it looks a bit janky but it gets the job done alone. Saved me so many trips up and down the ladder.

inI was tracking my spending wrong for years without knowing it
Notice how small daily buys quietly drain our savings more than big purchases ever could.

inA barista in Chicago said my pour was too fast for the grind size
Honestly that's wild she could tell just by looking at you pour. Tbh I would have argued with her if some random barista tried to correct my home method. But ngl, the exact same thing happened to me. I was rushing my bloom phase and my coffee tasted super weak and sour. Slowing that first pour down to really let it sit for a full 45 seconds was a total game changer, made everything way more balanced.

inSerious question, has anyone else tried a meal kit service to save money?
We tried EveryPlate for a few months. It was around fifty bucks a week for three dinners. The recipes were simple and it did stop us from ordering pizza when we were tired. The savings came from not letting veggies rot in the fridge drawer.
