Hit 720 on my credit score after 2 years of work
I finally cracked 720 after being stuck around 680 for what felt like forever. The thing that pushed me over was asking for a credit limit increase on my oldest card, which dropped my utilization from 34% to 22%. Has anyone else had a small tweak like that make a bigger difference than expected?

Wait, is that really all it took? I was the same way @skyler_kim15, I always thought you needed to hit 80-90% utilization to see a big score jump. Then my sister did the AZEO trick last month with just one card at 18% and the rest at zero, and her score shot up 35 points. Totally changed my mind about how sensitive the scoring models actually are. Have you tested it yourself yet?
