Boss keeps pushing for faster finishes and it's ruining our work
We have to skip important steps to meet his deadlines. The slab we poured on Monday is already showing hairline cracks because it didn't cure right.

But isn't that a bit of an overreaction? Lots of stuff holds up just fine without being perfect. Might be worrying about nothing.

True, but how many times do we hear "it's fine" right before something fails? Seen too many shortcuts turn into big repairs later. What makes you so sure this is different?
