I used to think a French press was the only way to make coffee at home. Then I went to a cafe in Seattle that served a pour-over so clean and bright, it changed my whole morning routine.

Thought the same until I tried pour-over.

What changed your mind? I was a total French press guy for years, thought pour-over was just extra work. Then I got a V60, @charlie_roberts87. That first cup was so much cleaner, really tasted the bright notes in my beans. Totally switched me over.
