Spindle speed tweak solved my finish issues overnight. How do you tackle surface problems?

Doubt it's ever that simple for most of us. A tiny speed change fixing everything overnight sounds like a lucky break, not the standard fix. Surface problems usually come from a bunch of things like tool wear or material hardness, not just one setting. What else did you check before landing on the spindle speed?

Nah I get what you mean about it sounding like a lucky break, but sometimes it really is that one setting throwing everything off. I've seen tiny changes make a night and day difference more often than you'd think.

No way, a single speed change fixing everything sounds too good to be true. @diana_flores25 is right to ask what else was checked.
