My sister said my budget was too tight after seeing my grocery list
We were in my kitchen in Austin and she looked at my $35 weekly meal plan. She told me I was missing out on fresh produce to save a few dollars. Do you think a super strict food budget is worth it if it cuts quality?

My own grocery bill in Houston is about $40 a week. You absolutely can get fresh stuff on that budget if you know where to look. Cutting quality just to save a couple bucks makes the whole week feel worse.
