Am I the only one who bought a 25 pound bag of rice for $15 and now I'm eating it with everything?
I've been adding it to canned beans, scrambled eggs, and even leftover soup to make meals stretch, so what are your favorite ways to use a big batch of a cheap staple?

Mix it with some black beans, corn, and a cheap jar of salsa for a quick burrito bowl, that's my go-to. @jordan134 is onto something with the fried egg, I do that but also add a splash of soy sauce and call it a meal. Leftover chicken or even those cheap sausages chopped up and fried with rice and onions is solid too. Honestly, a little butter and garlic powder can make plain rice feel like a whole side dish.

Ever try it with a fried egg on top?

Actually, soy sauce on eggs can make them a bit rubbery (learned that the hard way).
