Warning: don't start a slow burn show after 9pm on a work night
I told myself one episode of The Bear at 9:15 last Tuesday and ended up finishing the whole second season by 4am, which is how I learned that 'just one more' hits different when every episode ends on a cliffhanger.

Did you at least learn your lesson or are you gonna do it again next Tuesday? I did the same thing with Severance and showed up to work the next day looking like I got hit by a truck. The problem is those shows are built so you can't stop, every episode ends right when something crazy happens. My rule now is nothing with a plot after 8pm, only sitcoms I've already seen.
