My hens quit laying after the neighbor's dog got loose in Bloomington, and I finally figured out why
Two of my three girls went silent for 12 days after that mess, and a buddy with 20 birds said it was the stress, not the shorter days like I figured. I added a tarp on one side of the run and they started back up within a week, anyone else had luck with a wind block after a scare?

Man that dog scare sounds rough, 12 days of silence would stress me out too honestly.
