Just saw a stat that 73% of B2B buyers expect vendors to personalize content to their industry, found it in a Demand Gen report
That number surprised me because our last provider couldn't even get our company name right in emails, has anyone else noticed vendors ignoring this completely?

Exactly my experience too. We had one vendor that kept sending case studies for healthcare when we're in manufacturing, drove me crazy. It's like they just blast the same stuff to everyone and hope for the best.

Gotta disagree a little here. Sometimes those case studies are a way to show you what they can do, even if it's not your exact industry. I actually kind of like seeing how a company handled a totally different challenge - it tells me about how they think and solve problems, not just how well they copy-paste my sector. The key is whether the vendor is explaining why they picked that example for you, not just hitting send on whatever's in their folder. If they can tell me "here's why this healthcare case matters for your manufacturing line" then it starts to feel like research instead of spam.
