Had a CRM sync fail during a big client presentation in Phoenix last Thursday

So I'm in the middle of pitching this commercial listing to a group of investors, right? I pull up my CRM to show them the lead pipeline data and it's completely blank. Turns out the API connection between my lead gen tool and the CRM had been broken for 3 days. I had to pull up old exported CSVs on my laptop just to have something to show. The clients were cool about it but man did that look bad. Has anyone else had a data integration tool just quietly die on them? What do you use that's more reliable?

Three days is rough. My marketing automation tool silently died on a Friday afternoon once and I didn't find out until Monday morning. Lost a whole weekend of lead data.

Three days is way too long for something like that not to trigger some kind of alert on your end, @val223. Was it a complete system crash, or did the tool just stop tracking data without any error message? I had a CRM once that did something similar and it took forever to reconcile the missing records.
