Sounds like a great way to understand how those things actually work. Seeing the pistons and valves move together makes it click, you know? Way better than just looking at a picture in a book. I bet kids go nuts for it, getting to spin it themselves. That museum is doing it right with hands-on stuff.

Hands-on exhibits can be a huge mess though, with broken parts and sticky handles. Sometimes a clear diagram in a book explains the concept better without all the noise. Kids might just spin things wildly without actually learning how it works.
