Stopped by a new burger joint in Austin and their air fryer setup was a game changer
They had three big commercial air fryers right on the line, cooking everything from fries to onion rings. The cook told me they switched from deep fryers six months ago to cut down on oil waste. The fries came out crisp but not greasy, which really sold me. Has anyone else seen a restaurant fully commit to air frying like that?
