Spent $500 on an AI content writer that just copied old articles

I bought a yearly plan for a tool called ContentBot last month, thinking it would help with my blog posts. Turns out, it mostly just rewrites stuff that's already ranking on Google, and my first few articles got flagged for being too similar. I'm out the cash and had to redo all the work myself. Has anyone found an AI writer that actually makes new, good stuff?

Yeah, the "rewrites stuff that's already ranking" part is the real killer. It just shuffles the same old sentences around. I tried one that kept giving me the same facts about coffee from a 2018 health blog, like it was stuck in a loop. You end up with content that feels stale before you even hit publish, and Google hates that. It's like they're all trained on the same recycled web data.
