We got this tool to schedule posts, but it keeps picking the wrong times and hashtags. Now, instead of working remotely in peace, we're in constant meetings to fix its errors. My friend's team used an AI tool that picked terrible hashtags for their campaign. They had to redo everything manually, which totally defeated the purpose.

Was the AI trying to get them to trend with stuff like #MyGrandmasCasseroleRecipe? That's rough for your friend's team, @jadeg81. I've had tools suggest things that were just plain wrong, like totally off topic. It makes you wonder what kind of weird stuff it was reading to learn that. Sometimes you just have to trust your own gut over the machine, even if it takes more time.
