Stop treating AI like it can read your mind

I sat through a webinar last week where this guy spent 20 minutes complaining that ChatGPT gave him bad marketing copy. Then he showed his prompt: 'Write something good for my business.' No context, no audience, no tone. Of course it flopped. I see this over and over on social media. How do you all structure your prompts to actually get useful results out of these tools?

Right, total headache when people blame the tool for their own vague prompts isn't it?
