Seeing more estheticians ditch the spa for home studios
I've been at my spa job for a while, and lately, a bunch of my coworkers have left to run their own studios from home. They talk about loving the control over their schedule and picking their clients. But handling all the business side alone sounds kinda stressful, like with taxes and marketing. I'm low-key thinking about making the jump too, but it's a big move. What's your experience with this, folks?
