My five-pose evening flow for better sleep
I began doing a short yoga flow every night before bed. It has just five poses, like child's pose and legs up the wall. I felt tense after long days of cleaning, but this lets me unwind. Now I fall asleep faster and wake up more refreshed. It's a simple change with big benefits.

Totally, that kind of routine really tells your nervous system it's time to shut down. It's like a physical switch from being wired to getting ready for rest. I've found it stops my mind from racing as much when I finally hit the pillow.
