Shoutout to the podcast that helped me fix my running form

I've been dealing with knee pain for months, and this podcast gave simple tips that actually worked. Now my runs are pain-free, which feels like a big win.

Glad your knee feels better, but form fixes can sometimes mask bigger issues. It's worth getting a gait analysis if the pain ever comes back. What was the podcast called?

Gait analysis can definitely spot stuff you'd never catch on your own... The podcast was "The Strength Running Podcast," it has some good episodes on form. Weak hips seem to be the root cause for so many runners, just like Derek said.

My friend Jake had the same thing happen last year, he fixed his cadence to 170 steps per minute after some podcast advice and his shin splints went away for like six months. It all came back during a half marathon training block though, and he finally saw a physical therapist who spotted weak hips. The form tweak was a good band aid but the real fix took longer, lol.
