My kitchen only has three pans and I cook better than ever

I mean, idk, maybe it's just me but having less stuff forces you to get creative and actually learn how to cook.

Limited tools make you focus on technique for sure. A good skillet can do almost everything if you learn to control heat. I stopped buying fancy gear and just got really good with a cast iron pan. Now I can sear, bake, and even make sauces in one thing. It saves time and makes cooking less stressful.
