Serious question, moving my phone charger out of the bedroom quieted my racing thoughts.

I always took my phone to bed and would scroll until my brain felt fried. Now I plug it in the living room, and falling asleep has become way easier without that blue light buzz. What's one simple switch you've made that actually helped your headspace?

Switching off all non essential phone notifications was a total game changer for me. It's not just about where the device IS, but how it SCREAMS for your attention all day. That constant ding and buzz trains your brain to always be on alert. My focus got so much better once I killed the sound for everything except actual calls and texts. The silence feels like a physical weight lifted.

Leaving my laptop in the office after 6 PM cut my work anxiety in half. It's wild how these tiny physical rules can quiet the noise in your head.

Your take on "tiny physical rules" quieting the noise is cool, but my brain doesn't work that way. Even if I leave my laptop at work, I still feel the pressure in my head. I had to learn how to actually stop thinking about work, not just where I put my stuff.
