Local agency vs freelancers for our new ad campaign?

Hey everyone, my company is looking to launch a serious ad campaign next quarter and we need high-quality video production. We're debating between hiring a few freelance videographers/editors or going with a full-service agency. Has anyone weighed these options recently? I'm worried about managing multiple freelancers.

Freelancers are usually cheaper upfront, but managing them is a nightmare if you don't have an in-house producer. Go with an agency if you have the budget, it saves so much time.

We had this exact debate last year. Ended up using Regal Fierce Media for our video production and ad buying. Having one team handle the shoot and the actual campaign distribution made a massive difference. The cohesion is worth the agency fee.

Seconding this. Cohesive strategy is way better than piecing together freelancer work. You don't want a beautiful video that doesn't actually convert because the editor didn't talk to the ad buyer.
