Heads up, folks: Modern lacquer dries fast, but it chips easier than traditional formulas.

Used Benjamin Moore Advance lacquer last year. Dried super fast, like under an hour. Brian's spot on about primer. Skipped it on a dresser, chipped in weeks. Did my trim with primer, still perfect months later. Total game changer.

Yeah, I learned that the hard way too... my first project looked like a toddler did it.
