I was at the old library in Springfield and they had a display of antique ink bottles from the 1920s.

That's a cool find. My grandma used to keep a few of those on her writing desk. The glass always had a neat color to it, like a deep blue or green. It's fun to imagine what people wrote with them.

But does it matter what color the ink was? Seems like people get too caught up in the small stuff. It's just an old pen.
