Am I the only one who gets a little emotional thinking about the crew from the show 'Firefly'?
I was rewatching the episode 'Out of Gas' for maybe the 10th time last night, and seeing how they all came together on that broken-down ship just hit me different this time, you know?

That show was basically a funeral for a type of friendship.

Ugh, been there. Stop trying to force the old hangouts. Find one new thing you both actually like now, even if it's just a ten minute phone call every other week. Trying to recreate the past just makes it worse.

It's a rough ceremony to sit through. You're just there to watch something you used to love get buried. At least a real funeral has free sandwiches.
